How to sell surplus computer accessories in bulk in India
Keyboards, mice, cables, adapters, webcams, headphones, laptop bags and pen drives move in huge numbers, but they also go out of fashion and pile up. A distributor, importer or shop holding old-model computer accessories can clear a whole lot to a wholesaler or reseller instead of selling piece by piece.

Short answer
To sell surplus computer accessories in bulk in India, list the product type, brand, model, quantity per carton and condition (new sealed, open box or returns), add a photo of the cartons, and offer the lot to computer wholesalers, online resellers, retailers and exporters. Selling the whole lot at one rate is quicker; mixed lots sell best when the main items are listed separately.
Accessories that sell as lots
- Keyboards, mice and combos (wired and wireless)
- HDMI, VGA, USB and network cables and adapters
- Webcams, headsets and headphones
- Laptop bags, sleeves and cooling pads
- Pen drives, memory cards and card readers
- Docking stations, USB hubs and chargers
- Printer cables, toner and ink (check expiry)
- Mouse pads, stands and desk accessories
Who buys surplus computer accessories
- Computer wholesalers and distributors
- Computer and electronics shops that want a cheaper rate per piece
- Online sellers on marketplaces and social channels
- Gifting and corporate-supply companies
- Schools, colleges and offices buying in bulk
- Exporters
How to describe a lot
- Product type, brand and model
- Exact quantity, pack size and number of cartons
- New sealed, open box, or customer returns, and how many of each
- Manufacturing date, and warranty status if any
- Whether the original boxes and manuals are included
- City, and whether you can dispatch or the buyer collects
Pricing and moving it faster
- Compare with the current street price of the same item, then discount for age and quantity
- Offer the full lot at one rate per piece
- Keep sealed and open-box stock in separate lots
- Bundle slow items with a popular one only if the buyer agrees
- Photograph the cartons and the label, not just one piece
How ClearLot helps
Listing IT hardware or software licences on ClearLot is free and puts them in front of bulk buyers by category. ClearLot is a free-to-list stock board in India. Our team checks every lot before it goes on the board, and the seller's name, business name and phone number are not shown to visitors. When a buyer is interested, we speak to them first and then connect the two. ClearLot does not buy, hold, wipe or transport anything and is not a party to the deal: price, payment and dispatch are agreed between seller and buyer.
